.1 Required setup

The following setup information is required by wxpqdic:

Host%%index text=host%%
The computer running the printqdi daemon.
Port%%index text=port%%
The TCP port number the printqdi daemon is listening on.
Queue%%index text=queue%%
The name of the LPRng print queue you want to use.
Interval%%index text="refresh interval"%%
The refresh interval in seconds.

You can configure preferences or provide the information on the command line.

You can use a section

[application=wxpqdic]
/printqd/host=Host
/printqd/port=Port
/printqd/queue=Queue
/printqd/interval=Intervall

in the ${sysconfdir}/dk3app-site/dk3pref.conf file.

${sysconfdir} is typically ``/etc'' or ``/usr/local/etc'' on Linux/Unix or ``C:\\Program Files\\Krause\\etc'' on Windows systems.
