These are the external library source code used in the ffmpeg executable
included in the ImageMagick Windows binaries distributions as required by
the ffmpeg license.  If you do not agree with the ffmpeg license, simply
delete the ffmpeg.exe executable and ImageMagick will continue to operate
but without MPEG support.
