Bug fixes to the 6.0.1 images - version 6.0.1a

Post-release testing showed up a variety of bugs in the images produced for the 6.0.1 point release. See the discussion of those issues for more details.

Although these non-free firmware images were not believed to be directly affected by any of those bugs, for the sake of consistency I regenerated these with a version number of 6.0.1a to match.
