Short: OpalVision Color Emboss =RRW= Architecture: generic ( Africain Lake Emboss ) BY Copy Right 1993 Randy R. Wall All rights reserved. I renderd this picture in Vista Pro 3.0. I made the landscape for it in Terraform 2.1 and added the trees in Vista Pro. It took an Amiga 4000 about 1.5 hours to render the finished 24bit landscape picture. I then loaded the picture into Opal Paint 2.1 and Zapped the Emboss drawing mode to it. After that I zapped the Grey drawing mode to it and then saved it as a seperate 24bit picture. Then I loaded the embossed picture as a custom paper type to a "spare page" in Opal Paint. Then I loaded the original picture back into my first page of Opal Paint and jumped back to my spare page and rubbed through to the first page. As you can see from the finished picture, this gives it a unique Color Embossed look as you might see on a greeting card. Well if you have an Opal Vision Board and a neat picture you can try this effect too! Perhaphs a scanned or digitized picture of you and some friends would be a neat one? I happen to think its a very neat effect and now you know how to do it yourself. Give it a try! If you have some neat IDEAS or would like me to produce graphics for your software developement, multi-media projects or presentations contact me and maybe we can make some arangements that can make us both happy.
