Spanner README

Thank you for using Spanner.
Spanner allows you to make individial WinSock
calls.

There are some issues with spanner that I am still
working on.

- WSAJoinLeaf keeps giving me WSAESOCKTNOSUPPORT. Not sure
if I am invoking it inthe right order or what.

- The WS2 options in WSAIoctl always give me WSAEINVAL.
The Unix options work though.

- WSAStringToAddress always gives me WSAEINVAL

I've used beta16 WinSock2 API and MS's WinSock2 SPI under Windows95
to develop and test this version of spanner. I am not sure if its a 
bug in the beta API/SPI or what.  I am working on these issues so if 
you need these fixes either keep a lookout for updates or send me email 
and I'll send you an updated version.
