Introduction

This software provides a full and free CCSO ph client using the 
winsock 1.1 API under the Microsoft Windows' environment.

Installation


1.	For the standard windows version (16 bit) copy irlphwin.exe ,  irlphwin.hlp and bwcc.dll to an appropriate directory.
2.	For the 32 bit windows version copy irlph32.exe ,  irlphwin.hlp and bwcc32.dll to an appropriate directory. If you are using WIN32S then make sure you have the latest release WIN32S (ver 1.1.5a).  This can be obtained from many places (such as ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu directory /PC/Mosaic).
3.	Install the appropriate executeable (irlphwin.exe or irlph32.exe) program as describe on page 78 of the Microsoft Windows' User's Guide - Creating a Program Item. Set the working directory to the same directory that you have saved the program in.
4.	Startup irlphwin and set a default server. Exit and restart irlphwin again to ensure everything is working properly.

-	The software project was shifted to Borland 4.0 C++ and was updated for OWL2 compliance.  Both 16 and 32 bit versions of the program can now be produced from the same source.
