Prologue

imagine if you will a world where people like HTML tags, where the WYSIWYG WWW creators put in
tags that will not be seen in another browser without asking or telling you. imagine instead a
technique we call html hacking where you can get your hands dirty by putting the tags in yourself
where you can debug javascript and which has all those horrible tags formatted in a nice way.
now imagine this tool *not* being written in Visual Basic and *not* requiring 15 Mb RAM to run. 
 imagine a tool which people actually use, talk about and find their comments acted upon.

Installing

See install.txt

Starting

Once HTML Notepad has been run the first Window gives you information about 
evaluation.  This only occurs the first time you run HTMLnote.
If you are unclear about how to use HTMLnote once running use Help|Help|How to...
get started for more information.

Registering

HTML Notepad is shareware and if you enjoy using it we would like you to 
register.  Rather than crippling the program we have place an evaluation period on its
use.  Registration info can be found in the help file. 

Please redistribute the zip file you downloaded as much as you like but do not 
distribute your own copy as the time limit will already be running.
