NetBrief-Light is a free off-line personal Web agent with a fully 
functional, multi-level spider. It features a flexible, user-friendly 
interface and support for login/password, images, frames, 
plug-ins, JavaScript, and media files. NetBrief-Light retrieves 
URL collections of single pages, partial or full sites for off-line 
browsing and archiving on the local disk.

As an offline product NetBrief-Light can reduce dial-up charges 
and end-user loss of time due to network delays and Web-surfing. 
Since the Web is volatile, data is constantly disapperaring and 
changing, NetBrief-Light acts as an archive manager, helping 
the user to keep important Web data.

Just download nbl16.exe, a self-extracting installation program, 
and run it to install NetBrief-Light (16-bit version). This version 
is for Windows 3.1. If you run Windows 95 or Windows NT, 
try the 32-bit version, nbl32.exe.
