This is a port of a basic FTP client from the unix world.

I consider it a direct replacement for the ftp.exe found in
Windows95, but it's got more features. It's placed in the public domain, and
I will release the source code with all relevent copyright notices intact.

This is merely an interim release to allow testing.

Note Well: the getpass function in this release does not obsfucate the
password. To be corrected shortly.
