iSpeed will easily allow you to fine tune your TCP/IP parameters to 
maximize your throughput for your dialup internet connections. iSpeed 
has builtin optimal configurations that will set your configurations to 
those found to provide the greatest throughput on a number of different 
systems at the click of a button. iSpeed will automagically calculate 
the optimal values for certain settings based on the values of other 
settings if desired. iSpeed also contains an internal ftp testing 
feature
that allows you to test, record and graph the results of testing your
throughput all from within iSpeed. This is done via ftp file downloads
either from our ftp site, or now you can also define and save an 
unlimited
number of your own testing file settings. Fully supports Windows 95, 98,
NT 4.0 SP3, DUN 1.2, DUN 1.3, Winsock 1.1, and Winsock 2.0.
