WinPing32 version 1.1
Basic Instructions:
    1. Copy the WinPing32.exe file to your PC and
    create a shortcut to the program.
       (You can label it anything you want!)
    2. Run the application by double-clicking the icon
    or selecting the icon and
       pressing the key.
    3. Enter a valid host name (ie: milkyway.iren.com)
    or a valid host address (ie:
       204.77.175.3) in the "Host Address" field.
    4. Click the Start button. That's it! If you
    entered a valid host name you
       should now be "pinging" that host.
