The png2pdf program converts PNG image files to PDF files.
If the PNG file contains an alpha channel this can be used
to mix against a specified background and/or to create a
PDF image mask or PDF alpha channel data.
The program is intended for pdfLaTeX users who want to
create posters/flyers having a colored background.
