Bugzilla- where is it now?

• ~5500 open bugs

• Several hundred new bugs a day, most of which are duplicates

• Not very organized- three months ago, less than 10% of open bugs had had any changes made to them

• More than anything else, bugzilla has not been useful or fun for developers, and has been frustrating as hell for users
